Spring and Ice Cream! On Monday, May 21, from 3:00-4:30 PM, the Wild Plum Memory Café will be at the Menomonee Falls Public Library. Join us for a discussion of ice cream history, some fun trivia questions, and a chance to make your own ice cream sundae. A non-dairy alternative will also be available for those who prefer it.
A Memory Café is a social gathering for those who are experiencing early stage dementia, mild memory loss, or mild cognitive impairment, and a family member or care partner. It is a place to have fun, share experiences, and stay socially connected. The Wild Plum Memory Project symbolizes endurance and vitality because the wild plum tree produces fruit late in the growing season.
